Utah permits access to public court records under its court-record rules, but access is spread across several channels. Utah Xchange provides public District and Justice Court case information. The Utah Courts calendar shows current settings, while clerks handle inspection and copy requests. MyCase serves parties in their own cases and is not a public name-search tool. Clear routing matters in Uintah County because the Vernal District Court and local Justice Court operations hear different case types. The site collects those distinctions, official links, and request steps without acting as a court or record custodian.
